Our office space is located in a cozy residential area of St. Boniface, Manitoba.

Children: Creating a safe and nurturing environment, we help children explore their emotions and develop healthy coping strategies. From anxiety to school-related challenges, our experienced counsellors specialize in building resilience and fostering inner strength.  Our counsellors have training and experience in providing evidence-based counselling for kids.

Adolescents: We understand the complexities of adolescence and address challenges such as depression, self-image concerns, peer pressure, and identity exploration. Our compassionate therapists work collaboratively with teens, empowering them to make positive choices and build a strong foundation for their future.

Family Involvement: We believe that a child's well-being is interconnected with their family and caregivers. When appropriate, our counselling process actively involves parents, guardians, and caregivers, providing a supportive space to work through challenges together and foster a healthier family dynamic. Group sessions are available for families.

Caregiver Support: We offer specialized counselling and coaching services for caregivers. We understand the unique challenges caregivers face and provide guidance, tools, and strategies to ensure their well-being while caring for children. When appropriate, a child/adolescent's treatment plan may include one-on-one caregiver support sessions.
